Robert Davis has been with Chick-fil-A for over 15 years and is currently the Director of Cybersecurity. With over 10 years experience in the Cybersecurity space, Robert works to create an efficient Cybersecurity program that solves the unique challenges to Chick-fil-A. He is passionate about Cybersecurity and how it can be both user friendly and secure. In 2017, he was a speaker at the AWS re:Invent conference to talk about devsecops and where cloud can take a Cybersecurity team and program. When not working, Robert spends lots of time drawing with his daughter, playing video games with his son, and watching reality tv with his wife.
John Dasher
VP Product Marketing - Banyan Security
John brings extensive technology marketing and product development experience to the table, with over a decade of experience in enterprise and consumer cybersecurity. Most recently at RiskSense, where he served as Vice President of Products & Marketing, John has also held significant leadership roles at Enlighted, Niara, Good Technology, and AppCentral (all of which were acquired). Prior, he held senior Marketing and Products positions at McAfee’s (Intel) Data Protection and Mobile business units, PGP, FileMaker, Ventro, Xerox, and co-founded Verano, an enterprise content management startup. He also spent 11 years at Apple, playing key roles in the development of numerous award-winning Input Device, Imaging, PowerBook, and Internet products.

What You’ll Learn in This Webinar

You’ve probably written a hundred abstracts in your day, but have you come up with a template that really seems to resonate? Go back through your past webinar inventory and see what events produced the most registrants. Sure – this will vary by topic but what got their attention initially was the description you wrote.

Paint a mental image of the benefits of attending your webinar. Often times this can be summarized in the title of your event. Your prospects may not even make it to the body of the message, so get your point across immediately.  Capture their attention, pique their interest, and push them towards the desired action (i.e. signing up for your event). You have to make them focus and you have to do it fast. Using an active voice and bullet points is great way to do this.

Always add key takeaways. Something like this....In this session, you’ll learn about:

  • You know you’ve cringed at misspellings and improper grammar before, so don’t get caught making the same mistake.
  • Get a second or even third set of eyes to review your work.
  • It reflects on your professionalism even if it has nothing to do with your event.
